Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and price interest rate solutions including IRS, swaptions, and inflation-linked products.
  • Develop solutions supporting ALM, liability hedging, and capital optimisation under Solvency II / Solvency UK.
  • Partner with trading to design hedging strategies and manage rates risk and optionality.
  • Work closely with sales to originate and deliver tailored solutions to life insurers and pension clients.
  • Take ownership of transactions from structuring through execution.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years' experience in rates structuring or derivatives structuring.
  • Strong knowledge of interest rate products (swaps, swaptions, inflation).
  • Experience covering or working with UK insurance clients.
