We are working with a leading alternative investment manager seeking a Marketing Analyst to join its Investor Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (1-3 years' experience) to play a key role in shaping the firm's digital marketing strategy and investor communications. Sitting within the broader IR function, the role will focus on enhancing the firm's digital presence, improving investor engagement, and supporting the production of high-quality marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the firm's website and investor portal, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, including website analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the production and coordination of marketing content, including presentations, factsheets, thought leadership, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Investor Relations, Sales, and Investment teams to translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and online investor communications.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital infrastructure, user experience, and reporting capabilities.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, or investor relations within financial services (asset management, hedge funds, or alternatives preferred).
  • Strong interest in alternative investments / hedge funds, with a desire to build a career in this space.
  • Highly technical and data-driven, with experience using digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar).
  • Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS) and investor reporting platforms.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and keen to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
