Role Responsibilities Lead the project management function across multiple fundraising mandates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of investor materials. Collaborate closely with the investor relations team to prepare investment round-ups, updates, and bespoke communications for LPs. Coordinate with investment teams to gather insights and translate them into compelling investor-facing content. Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders. Ensure consistency and quality across all fundraising documentation and reporting. Support the development and refinement of internal processes to improve efficiency and execution. Ideal Candidate 15+ years of experience in project management or investor relations. Strong understanding of investor relations workflows and fundraising processes. Ability to work closely with investment teams and translate technical content into clear, investor-friendly materials. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
