Lead Quant Developer (Director) Tier 1 Investment Bank Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Quant Developer to spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge cross-asset analytics platform for front office sales. Lead the development of a cross-asset front office analytics platform. Develop backend and frontend components using Python and React. PhD or Master\’s in Quantitative Finance, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in a front office development role at a major investment bank. Proven experience in designing, building, and supporting user-facing analytics in a front office sales environment. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern UI frameworks. Experience in liaising directly with front office users in sales or trading. Knowledge of data science and visualization. Experience in developing models and tools for pricing, analysis, and risk management. Market/product knowledge in one or more asset classes.
