We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Associate to manage payroll operations across the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA and APAC entities
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements
  • Process salaries, bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll delivery
  • Manage payroll audits, reporting, controls, and compliance activities
  • Drive process improvements and support the onboarding of new international entities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of payroll experience with significant UK payroll expertise
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory compliance
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Exposure to Singapore and/or Hong Kong payroll is highly desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to improve payroll processes and controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Background

  • Must have hedge fund or prop trading firm experience.
