We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support the front‑to‑back investment lifecycle across multiple asset classes. This role typically sits within the middle office / investment operations function, supporting the front‑to‑back investment lifecycle and acting as a key control point between portfolio management, trading, compliance and fund accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income and/or derivatives
  • Performing daily trade, position and cash reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks
  • Liaising with portfolio managers, traders, compliance and fund accounting on operational issues
  • Monitoring and clearing pre‑ and post‑trade compliance alerts
  • Oversight of interaction with brokers, custodians and administrators
  • Supporting NAV processes, pricing validation and corporate actions
  • Contributing to controls, governance and process improvements within investment operations

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2-5+ years' experience in investment operations, middle office or trade support
  • Buy‑side exposure strongly preferred
  • Experience with OMS platforms (e.g. Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp, Geneva)
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL or data skills often advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in high‑control, stakeholder‑facing environments
