Executive Director – Business Management (Corporate & Investment Banking)

Location: London

We are looking for an experienced business management leader to support Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, and Investment Banking across Europe. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic planning, governance, compliance, and operational efficiency, acting as a key liaison between front-office teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to business strategy and planning for Corporate and Investment Banking.
• Manage and deliver strategic initiatives, including risk assessments and change projects.
• Prepare senior management presentations for town halls, conferences, and board meetings.
• Oversee governance processes, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Manage audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy and procedure documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance on management reporting, dashboards, and operational risk analysis.
• Support quarterly and ad-hoc reporting for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Risk, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment on global initiatives.
• Manage team performance, hiring, and development.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What We\’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, or Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Degree in Business or Finance; CFA/MBA preferred.
