We are partnering with a highly respected global investment banking platform seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior investment banking professionals in London.

The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and supporting the execution of high-profile transactions and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to a group of senior bankers, including Managing Directors, Directors, and Vice Presidents.
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinating internal meetings, client calls, and external engagements across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange extensive international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinate client meetings, board meetings, and investor presentations, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and other business documentation.
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate records in line with company policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Support transaction teams during live deal processes, assisting with scheduling, data room logistics, and coordination of advisers.
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Provide wider team support and assist with special projects, events, and business development initiatives as required.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Personal Assistant within investment banking, private equity, professional services, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional, discreet, and highly dependable approach to stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting senior executives within a demanding commercial environment is highly desirable.
