About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Precious Metals Sales Executive Director to join our growing team. This role is focused on corporate and commercial client coverage, with a strong emphasis on mid-market clients, large-scale manufacturers, and more. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our precious metals sales business, leveraging deep product knowledge and strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for precious metals products, including structured solutions and derivatives.
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate and commercial clients, particularly in the mid-market and industrial sectors.
- Provide tailored financing and hedging solutions, working closely with in-house banking teams to structure and underwrite credit facilities.
- Leverage a strong background in derivatives.
- Maintain and expand relationships with Swiss refiners and other key industry stakeholders.
- Support limited institutional client and fund work as needed.
- Drive business development across Europe, with a strong preference for candidates based in London.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in precious metals sales, commodities, or structured finance.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
- Deep understanding of precious metals markets, derivatives, and structured products.
- Strong network and established relationships with Swiss refiners are highly desirable.
- Experience working with internal credit and underwriting teams to deliver complex financing solutions.
