About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Precious Metals Sales Executive Director to join our growing team. This role is focused on corporate and commercial client coverage, with a strong emphasis on mid-market clients, large-scale manufacturers, and more. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our precious metals sales business, leveraging deep product knowledge and strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for precious metals products, including structured solutions and derivatives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate and commercial clients, particularly in the mid-market and industrial sectors.
  • Provide tailored financing and hedging solutions, working closely with in-house banking teams to structure and underwrite credit facilities.
  • Leverage a strong background in derivatives.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with Swiss refiners and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Support limited institutional client and fund work as needed.
  • Drive business development across Europe, with a strong preference for candidates based in London.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in precious metals sales, commodities, or structured finance.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
  • Deep understanding of precious metals markets, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Strong network and established relationships with Swiss refiners are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with internal credit and underwriting teams to deliver complex financing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in London or willing to relocate; candidates across Europe will also be considered.
