The successful candidate will lead client relationships across the EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing credit data and risk analytics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maximize client value.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and retention initiatives.
- Stay informed of market trends to offer strategic insights and advice to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working across EMEA and APAC markets.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to client management.
- Preferred Qualifications:
