Role Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts across current and future private equity and real estate funds, with a focus on European institutional investors.
- Manage and expand relationships with LPs, family offices, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Develop tailored marketing materials and investor communications.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographic expansion.
- Oversee middle-office fundraising operations, including CRM systems, data room management, and investor reporting.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising or investor relations within private markets (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, or private credit).
- Strong understanding of the European institutional investor landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work across asset classes and articulate the value of impact investing.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
