A leading private markets manager is looking to hire an experienced fundraiser to help expand its Frabelux coverage across private markets (infrastructure, private equity, private credit).
Responsibilities
- Drive fundraising efforts across private credit, private equity, and real assets.
- Manage and grow relationships with institutional LPs across French-Speaking Europe.
- Lead end‑to‑end capital‑raising processes, from sourcing LPs to closing commitments.
- Work closely with internal teams to shape fundraising strategy and client positioning.
- Represent the firm in LP meetings, roadshows, conferences, and European market trips.
- Maintain strong reporting, pipeline management, and coverage notes for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Director or VP‑level experience in private markets fundraising, investor relations, or placement.
- Proven and quantifiable sales track record (must be demonstrable).
- Strong LP relationships across France, Benelux, Geneva, Italy, Germany, and/or Spain.
- French speaker (or fluent in French) - essential.
- Experience covering infrastructure, private equity, and private credit (ideally a mix across all three).
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead meetings and influence senior LPs.
- Ability to work autonomously within a high‑calibre, international environment.
