The client, an established London private equity firm with a small, high-performing team, is seeking a Data Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of its data and analytics function. This is a hands-on technical role spanning data analysis, data engineering and debugging. As the sole technical hire, you will build and maintain the firm's data pipelines, resolve issues across the stack, and turn raw data into something the investment and operations teams can act on, working directly with senior stakeholders. It suits a technically strong, early-career engineer who wants genuine ownership and breadth rather than a narrow slot in a large team.

- Standardise and improve how data is structured and consumed across the firm
- Work directly with senior stakeholders, translating their questions into technical solutions
Key Requirements
- 0 to 2 years experience, internships included. Strong recent graduates welcome
- Computer Science, or a closely related STEM degree, from a leading global university (top 200), 2:1 or above
- Strong, hands-on Python and SQL
- Exposure to ETL or data pipelines is an advantage
- Genuinely technical with real debugging ability, not a finance-first analyst
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes as the only technical person
- Able to work 5 days a week on-site in London
- Existing right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
