Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow senior-level relationships with corporate clients across the UK T&L sector
- Originate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships in line with strategic priorities
- Lead transactions end-to-end, including structuring, negotiation, and execution alongside product teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging regularly with Treasury and C-suite stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic client account plans to maximise long-term value
- Identify sector trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to broader team strategy
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across products and geographies to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead pitch development and client presentations to secure new mandates
- Take ownership of portfolio performance, including revenue generation, credit quality, and risk management

Candidate Profile Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years' experience in corporate or investment banking, with Director-level exposure in client coverage or origination
- Strong track record within the UK Transportation & Logistics sector, with demonstrable client relationships
- Proven ability to originate business, lead deal execution, and deliver against revenue targets
- Experience across lending, capital markets, and advisory products
- Sound understanding of credit risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Background within an international banking environment preferred

- Degree from a leading university (2:1 or equivalent or above)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
