Consultant – Private Markets Investor Relations & Business Development

A London-based investment firm specialising in credit strategies across European markets, looking for an experienced operations professional who can cover trade support, treasury management, risk and control oversight, fund accounting, investor servicing, regulatory coordination, and strategic project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to the firm\’s operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Trade Operations & Treasury: Manage trade execution and settlement across credit and derivative instruments. Oversee cash management, and financing (e.g., repos, TRS). Monitor investment restrictions and collateral processes.
• Risk, Controls & Governance: Maintain risk registers and monitor counterparty exposure. Support valuation oversight and regulatory compliance. Prepare internal reports and ensure data integrity. Perform reconciliations and NAV oversight. Manage fund expenses and payment processing. Assist with investor reporting and due diligence requests. Oversee system integrations and access controls. Coordinate with vendors and support firm-wide initiatives. Lead or contribute to cross-functional and regulatory projects.
