This opportunity sits within the Treasury function of a leading global, multi-strategy hedge fund. The Treasury team covers Collateral Management, Financing, Liquidity Management, Margin, Financing Optimisation, and Counterparty Risk.
The Business Analyst acts as the key link between Treasury and Technology, translating business requirements into clear, structured deliverables that support platform development and enhancement. The role requires strong domain expertise, rigorous analytical thinking, and ownership of requirements across complex, multi-asset Treasury workflows, working closely with Technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Principal Responsibilities- Partner with Front Office, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business needs and produce high-quality requirements documentation.
- Translate Treasury workflows and business logic into clear functional and technical specifications for Technology teams.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis across asset classes, products, markets, and trading strategies to identify insights, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Technology teams across the development lifecycle, including participation in design reviews, UAT, and production rollout.
