Role Responsibilities

  • Origination: Sourcing and evaluating off-market opportunities across Europe, leveraging your network and market insights.
  • Transaction Execution: Leading deal structuring, underwriting, and negotiation processes for complex real estate investments.
  • Financial Modelling: Building and reviewing detailed financial models to assess investment viability and returns.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Preparing and delivering investment committee materials, investor presentations, and transaction updates.
  • Asset Management & Exit: Overseeing post-acquisition performance, driving value creation strategies, and managing exit processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal teams, external advisors, and institutional investors to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field with a strong focus on real estate equity investments.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.
