We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong individual to join our Structured Credit & Financing Solutions team as a Synthetic Finance Structurer at the Associate or Vice President level. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in structured finance, credit structuring, or financing solutions, and offers the opportunity to work on complex, bespoke transactions across a range of asset classes.

- Structured Repos
- Margin Loans
- NAV Financing
- Securities Lending
- Blended Finance
- Alternative Financing Solutions
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in structured finance, credit structuring, or a related field within investment banking or asset management.
- Strong understanding of synthetic financing structures and credit risk.
- Experience with CLOs, structured repos, and fund financing products is highly desirable.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to model complex financial structures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and geographies.
