This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a virtual-first team that values independence, trust, and consistent performance. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions in the chemicals sector. Conduct financial modelling , valuation analysis, and industry research. Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation. Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-border teams in a dynamic, deal-driven environment. What We\’re Looking For Solid experience in investment banking, ideally with exposure to chemicals or adjacent industrial sectors. Fluent in German and English .
