About the Role: As our group continues to thrive with record growth among 16-18-year-old students, we’re seeking dynamic and passionate English Lecturers to join our forward-thinking team. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learners by delivering outstanding teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, helping students reach their full potential. As a dedicated team player, you’ll be driven by the desire to support students to succeed. Ideally, you’ll hold a degree in English, or a related field. However, we welcome applicants with other relevant higher-level qualifications who are eager to make a difference.

Qualifications:
- A degree in English or other related discipline
- GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- A PGCE or other recognised full teaching qualification is desirable
- Experience of teaching GCSE or Functional Skills qualification
