We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head of Curriculum to help lead our fantastic engineering department! You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience of future engineers, inspiring all learners by ensuring they receive the best quality of teaching and learning.

You will:

  • Be responsible for assisting the Head of Curriculum in overseeing the planning, delivery, quality and compliance of curriculum and assessment across the Group.
  • Provide leadership for the development and delivery of engaging and industry relevant materials and resources.
  • Celebrate student success and facilitate the sharing of good practice.
  • Support the implementation of local and corporate strategies to develop high quality teaching, learning and assessment.

About you:

  • You will have a relevant level 4 or professional qualification of an equivalent level.
  • You will have a PGCE or other equivalent full teaching qualification.
  • You will hold GCSEs in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
  • You should hold a management qualification, or be willing to undertake.
  • You will have a successful track record of teaching and improving the learner experience.
