Selby Abbey is seeking a Verger to join their team for 22.5 hours a week. This role involves assisting clergy with the logistics and management of worship services, ensuring the Abbey is maintained to high standards, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
The ideal candidate will have experience or enthusiasm to learn, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a Christian environment. Training will be provided in areas such as First Aid as part of this role.
