Do you have a supportive and caring disposition and wish to support our young people to flourish? Come and join our caring, pupil focused school. We are a small, dedicated team who seek to provide a strong education for our children while supporting each individual child’s needs.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual, with prior experience in a school setting, to join our team as a teaching assistant, initially supporting our Reception / Year 1 Class. This position will involve supporting students in the classroom with a view to enabling them to effectively access the curriculum. Applicants should have good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with students and adults.

This is a varied and exciting position, allowing you to work with groups of children and individuals, with the support of class teachers and SENDCo within the class setting.

  • Grade: Grade 6 SCP 7, £26,403 per annum pro rata (£13.26/hr)
  • Hours: 28.5 hours per week, term time only
  • Contract: Fixed term 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2027 in the first instance
