We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Consultant to establish and grow our Privileged Access Management practice, with a primary focus on CyberArk solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for developing our PAM strategy, leading client engagements, building a high-performing team, and significantly contributing to our journey with CyberArk. You will be the primary contact for all CyberArk-related matters in EMEA and will play a crucial role in expanding our service offerings and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: You will be key in driving the expansion of our CyberArk service offering and client base whilst identifying growth opportunities across the broader PAM sector and associated products. You will work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies and campaigns that position Sekuro as the trusted partner for privileged access management solutions. A significant aspect of your role will be expanding PAM capability throughout our sales and leadership teams, ensuring the entire organisation can effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Client Engagement and Solution Delivery: You will lead client engagements from initial consultation through to successful delivery, taking the time to understand each client's unique PAM needs and designing tailored CyberArk solutions that address their specific challenges. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will provide strategic and technical guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and achieve outstanding outcomes. You will oversee the successful implementation of CyberArk solutions, maintaining a critical eye on quality whilst ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. Your role will require you to contribute significantly and evenly across pre-sales activities, strategic planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Regional Thought Leadership: You will possess extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions, including deep technical knowledge of the CyberArk suite of products such as Privileged Access Manager, Endpoint Privilege Manager, and Cloud Entitlements Manager. You will have demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale CyberArk deployments across complex environments. Your technical expertise will extend to understanding CyberArk architecture, including Vault infrastructure, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, and integration with enterprise directory services and security information and event management systems. You will hold current CyberArk certifications, with preference given to candidates who have achieved CyberArk Certified Trustee, CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, CyberArk Certified Sentry, or CyberArk Defender certifications. Your technical credibility will enable you to provide authoritative guidance to both clients and your team, whilst your commitment to continuous learning will see you maintaining and expanding your certifications as the CyberArk platform evolves. Experience with the CyberArk Identity Security Platform, CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Secure Cloud Access, Workforce Identity, Machine Identity Security is highly desired.
