We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance and System Coordinator to join our team. This position will work closely with the Head of Quality & Compliance to improve and maintain compliance across Sekura.
- Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and overall compliance framework.
- Support ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure ongoing regulatory and legislative compliance.
- Manage product and material compliance (e.g. WEEE, EPR, packaging data).
- Help drive and track the sustainability (ESG) program, including customer and supplier requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, SOPs, and document control systems.
- Work cross-functionally with Procurement and other teams to ensure accurate product and compliance data.
- Support the Quality team and laboratory when needed (e.g. testing support during busy periods), building a practical understanding of products.
- Experience or exposure to Health & Safety practices and compliance.
- Understanding of process documentation, SOPs, and document control.
- Relevant experience in quality, compliance, or a related field preferred.
- Exposure to product and material compliance.
- Strong data handling and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Understanding the concept of effective process documentation and data management.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate and work across all levels of the business.
