Job Summary
Sekisui Singapore Pte Ltd (SSP) seeks a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the unit’s activities, develop and implement effective business strategies, and drive commercial success in the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Unit to deliver commercial results, manage personnel, leverage data insights to optimize performance
- Ensure operational execution meets or exceeds client standards consistently
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with distributors to enhance brand engagement and increase regional sell-through
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives that capitalize on key growth opportunities in the region
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and relevant departments to support business objectives
- Manage sales personnel effectively to achieve team targets and foster a high-performance culture
- Analyze market trends and business financial information to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and business growth

- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in sales within the piping systems industry
