Overview: Are you an experienced consulting professional seeking an exciting new challenge? If you thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment, are accustomed to juggling multiple projects at once, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, we have the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant I who will belong to an amazing team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with Seismic Project Managers and Solution Architects to accelerate time-to-value for customers, both for implementation projects and engagements for existing customers.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand customers’ desired business outcomes and configuring Seismic to drive measurable results.
  • The focus will be on value realization, starting with identifying the value tied to each customer goal and designing enablement solutions that accelerate their success.
  • Demonstrating curiosity and consultative techniques to understand customer business challenges across their go-to-market organization to identify and present use cases to help solve those problems.
  • Training customers to utilize the Seismic platform and advising customers on Seismic best practices for their industry.
  • Leading the creation of dynamic document templates which utilize various data sets for new and existing customers.
  • Providing ongoing services and strategic guidance for existing customers to help mature their enablement programs.

What you bring to the team:

  • Ability to learn and become an expert on the Seismic platform and keep up to date with changes across an ever-evolving platform.
  • Professionalism and ability to interact with customer stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to establish trust, build and manage relationships with customer sponsors and senior project stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Skill in building and implementing solutions for customers based on business and workflow requirements.
  • Effective communicator, specifically around explaining complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and experience in SaaS consulting, management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field.

Desirable:

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry preferred.
  • CRM understanding such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Understand structured data such as XML, .csv, or mainframe formats.
  • Data integration and analytics experience.
  • Prior experience with SaaS.
  • Experience with organization methodologies for large volumes of content including folder architectures and metadata.
