Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic powerhouse within our Communications team, owning project delivery, driving commercial success of the service line and leading the professional growth of our consultants.
- Leading end‑to‑end delivery of integrated sustainability communications for clients, from senior leadership messaging workshops to production of Impact Reports and multichannel creative content.
- Driving commercial growth by independently winning new business and expanding work with clients, taking ownership of results.
- Supporting a high‑performance communications team, upskilling members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Leading service development and process improvement within the communications service line to ensure high quality, impact‑focused work.
- Helping clients navigate the complex landscape of sustainability communications, ensuring narratives are ambitious, evidence‑based and transparent.
- Growing brand recognition of Seismic’s communications work through thought leadership and profile building.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Has extensive experience in sustainability communications within an agency or high‑growth corporate environment and a track record of leading complex projects.
