Overview: Our award-winning Professional Services team is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our team in London. As a Project Manager at Seismic, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering projects for our customers. You will work closely with other members of our Services team (Solution Consultants and Solution Architects) as well as cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and sales, to ensure successful project execution and achieve desired business outcomes. Within this role you will work with a variety of clients across different sectors and at all levels of seniority; no two days will be the same.

Who you are:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS company
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and build positive relationships with clients and team members
- The ability to partner well with others, demonstrating emotional intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork to achieve shared goals
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, ensuring processes are followed and milestones are met
- Agility and adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate changing priorities with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions
- A high level of ownership and accountability for your work and its outcomes, consistently delivering high-quality results
- The ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, while maintaining focus and attention to detail
- (Desirable) Fluency in German
What you’ll be doing:
- Project Leadership: Lead and deliver projects within the Professional Services portfolio, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and scope, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with their business outcomes.
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and closing phases of projects while adhering to best practices in project management and implementation methodologies.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of the engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders – providing regular clear and concise updates on project progress.
