A proactive and highly organised professional with experience in project management or resourcing within a professional services environment. You will play a dual role (70% Traffic Manager, 30% Finance Assistant), ensuring our 40-person consultancy runs like clockwork by balancing consultant workloads with essential financial administration.

The role and its responsibilities include:
- Traffic & Resourcing: Taking a commercial approach to prioritising and allocating capacity across competing demands, including sales, delivery and internal commitments.
- Managing the end-to-end resourcing process, matching the right consultants to the right projects based on skills and availability.
- Leading weekly resourcing meetings to identify capacity risks, bottlenecks, or under-utilisation.
- Acting as the bridge between the sales team (incoming work) and the delivery team (current capacity).
