Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute supply chain compliance audits, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and process control
- Maintain and govern procedural documents across the supply chain
- Deliver training and workshops to strengthen compliance awareness across supply chain teams
- Produce clear compliance reports, KPIs, and audit outputs for supply chain leadership
- Support the development of self-auditing processes within the department
- Act as a subject-matter expert for compliance and inventory-related processes
- 3–5 years’ experience in a compliance, auditing, or supply‑chain-focused role within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of supply chain systems (SAP advantageous; training provided)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders across departments.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- SOX compliance experience desirable
