Manufacturing Project Engineer Responsibilities
- Project delivery – Lead and deliver containerisation‑related projects from current status through to implementation
- Hands‑On Manufacturing Engineering – Actively support and implement process improvements on the shopfloor, support installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new equipment and tooling, and review current processes and identify opportunities
- Process Development & Stability – Establish robust, repeatable containerisation processes, and address process variability and inefficiencies through structured problem‑solving
- Continuous Improvement – Use data and observation to identify performance gaps and drive improvements aligned to lean manufacturing principles and best practice
What the Manufacturing Project Engineer will need
- Background in Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven experience delivering hands‑on engineering projects in a production environment
- Demonstrated ability to both plan and physically execute changes
- Experience with process improvement and problem solving
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting equipment installation or process changes
