Finance Customer Representative Solihull Initial 12 Month Contract 37.5 hours a week: Mon – Fri 08:30-17:00 £13.80 PAYE hourly rate plus holiday and pension contribution OR £18.60ph via an umbrella company basis. We’re looking for a Finance Customer Representative with a financial background to play a key role in providing first-line support, coordinating services, resolving problems and offering recommendations on selected products and services. What will you do? * Addressing customer issues and resolving complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented * Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate * Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution * Understanding of products and services offered, providing appropriate solutions to customer queries Ideally we’re looking for? * Customer Focus – aligning customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions * Service Excellence – ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner – Providing a quality of service that customers describe as excellent * Data Gathering & Analysis – having the ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment * Decision Making and Critical Thinking – ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment * Effective Communications – ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors * Problem Solving – ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations * Relationship Management – ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers To apply, please submit a copy of your up to date CV clearly indicating your relevant experience.
