Hours: 37 Per Week: Start between 08:00–09:00, Mon–Thu: 7.5 hrs/day, Fri: 7 hrs

As part of the UK Emissions & Regulatory Compliance team, you won’t be confined to one product line; you will influence all medium-engine platforms and work across a broad mix of international regulations. What you will be doing:
- Building expertise in worldwide emissions standards and applying them to real-world diesel engine technologies
- Getting to grips with global emissions regulations and how they apply to diesel engines
- Helping to guide the wider business on the requirements to stay compliant
- Supporting and resolving compliance issues across multiple engine lines and global regions
- Preparing and submitting conformance reports to different regulatory bodies
- Working closely with teams across the UK, US, and India to keep processes aligned
- Developing and improving documentation to clarify and streamline compliance steps
- Breaking down technical and regulatory information so it is clear for others to follow
- Playing a role in maintaining a culture of doing things properly and to a high standard
What you will bring:
Essential
- Strong understanding of engines, ideally backed by an engineering degree
- Experience working within engine performance or a similar technical area (minimum 3 years)
- Any previous exposure to compliance or regulatory work will really stand out
- Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly
- Confident communicator who’s comfortable engaging with different teams
- Someone who takes pride in accuracy and doing things the right way
Desirable
- Some familiarity with emissions legislation across global markets
- Experience with tools that help streamline processes (e.g., Alteryx)
- Background in off-highway, on-highway, or similar engine-related industries
