12 Month Contract – potential to extend

37.5 Hours a week Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

Up to £25.60p/h PAYE plus holiday and pension contribution OR up to £35.06p/h Umbrella

As a Configuration Support Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging current and new product configurations and options and maintaining the engineering master models and machine bills of material. You will develop an understanding of the product portfolios and will play a key role in implementing design changes.

What the Configuration Support Engineer will do:

  • Reviewing engineering change data and documentation to ensure compliance with change management policies.
  • Communicating and coordinating changes with product development groups, sales and marketing, supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Preparing configuration documentation required to support product development.
  • Supporting machine product groups in corporate engineering systems and process improvement projects.

What the Configuration Support Engineer Will Need:

  • Change Control: Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored, documented and implemented.
  • Core Application Systems: Knowledge of Teamcenter engineering data management system and Creo 3D CAD system (preferred).
