What you will be doing:
- Assemble PCBs to company specifications and quality standards
- Carry out through-hole and/or surface-mount soldering
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure right-first-time quality
- Identify and rectify assembly faults where required
- Maintain accurate production and stock records
- Follow ESD, quality and health & safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
About You:
- PCB assembly and soldering experience
- Good understanding of electronic components and PCB layouts
- Strong attention to detail and manual precision
- Ability to follow technical instructions and drawings
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented
Desirable:
- Electronics manufacturing experience
- Ability to read schematics
- IPC certification (IPC-A-610 or similar)
- Relevant technical qualification
- Knowledge of Lean/5S principles
