18 hours per week (with scope to increase!)

Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home)

Flexible working days (ideally Mon/Tues/Thurs in office)

We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time Procurement Administration Assistant to join a well-established and growing business based in Clevedon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration or procurement. Key duties include:

  • Raising purchase orders and supporting routine purchasing
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Resolving invoice queries and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

About You

  • Strong communication skills
