12 Month Contract: With potential to extend for the right person
37.5 Weekly Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00 (Some Flexibility Offered)
Pay is between £17.65ph - £26.20ph PAYE (DOE) plus holiday and pension contribution, OR Umbrella hourly rates between £24.20ph - £26.20ph

As a Business Support Analyst, you will be the pinnacle expert for managing and improving global order management processes. You will support critical systems like SAP and Salesforce, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with international teams to streamline workflows and deliver digital transformation projects. From coordinating system updates to resolving invoicing queries, this role is all about problem-solving, collaboration, and driving efficiency across a global network.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Support and improve machine order management processes as they transition to modern digital platforms
- Coordinate global work requests, translating business requirements into functional IT specifications
- Provide advanced system support for SAP and other order management tools
- Participate in testing phases (blueprinting, UAT, Go Live, Hypercare) for new technology projects
- Manage inter-company invoicing adjustments and resolve invoice-related queries
- Create and maintain system documentation and local business support processes
- Train users on new digital platforms and tools across the organization
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or Marketing
- Previous experience with orders and invoicing
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (Orders 360/MSF preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Excellent communication skills to work with global partners
- Proactive approach to workload management and problem-solving
Desirable: Power BI experience, Lean project participation, and 1+ year project management experience
