Our first growth hire.
You would work directly with the commercial founders on how Seisa reaches private equity firms, and do most of the reaching yourself: outbound, demos, follow-up, and the story we tell.
Why this role, why now
You would set how Seisa goes to market: who we talk to, what we say, and how a first conversation becomes a pilot.
There is no team to manage and no playbook to inherit.
You write it with the founders, and you run it.
What you will do
Outbound
Find the right people at private equity and private markets firms, and start the conversation.
Demos and follow-up
Run first calls and demos, and keep every conversation moving towards a pilot.
The story
Turn a technical product into a clear, credible case for investment teams: the site, the deck, the one-pager, the email.
Own it from first conversation to signed pilot, and know at any moment where each firm stands.
Market and partners
Know the firms, the competitors and how they buy, and build relationships with the advisers and capital-markets players who can open doors.
Commercial terms
Help structure pilot and commercial agreements with firms and partners.
- What we look for
- Commercial or business-development work at a startup or scale-up, where you did the outreach yourself.
- You move from a plan to the first email the same day.
- You can explain a complex product simply, without overselling it.
- Exposure to private markets or financial services is a strong plus.
- What it is not
Not a senior account executive role with a team beneath it. You do the work yourself, with the founders beside you.
- How we hire
- 01 Intro
- 30 minutes, a call
What you have built, what you want next, and what Seisa is.
- 02 Deep dive
- 1 hour, in Paddington
With the founders: how you would take Seisa to one kind of firm, and a market or deal you opened before.
- 03 Half-day build
- With the team
Half a day working with the team on a real-shaped problem.
