As an Applied Research Engineer, you'll bridge research and production, designing, evaluating, and shipping models and retrieval systems that reason over complex financial information with provenance and explainability built in.

- Rigorous evals and benchmarks that keep quality measurable
- Accuracy, grounding, and explainability improvements
- Shipping research into the product alongside engineering
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with modern ML and LLM systems
- A bias toward measurable results over hype
- A strong focus on correctness, evaluation, and grounding
- A background in NLP, IR, or applied ML is a strong plus
