The Retail Development Executive is responsible for maximising the performance and sales growth of National Retail stores within a designated territory. This role involves conducting continuous assessments of sales performance, implementing training programs, and enhancing visual merchandising to create and execute store development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To travel to and be responsible for a territory comprising London and the wider southeast territory. The wider territory may vary depending on your location.
  • Foster strong relationships with store colleagues and management to drive Seiko brand sales and uphold brand image.
  • Be on call to your store teams, taking appropriate action for their queries in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct monthly in-store development meetings to communicate Seiko's business priorities, updates, and sales performance.
  • Assess training needs, conduct and facilitate structured brand and product training sessions to improve knowledge across store teams.
  • Ensure Seiko-branded displays meet quality standards and are consistently high across all stores in the area.
  • Efficiently manage time and store visits within designated parameters.

  • Full clean UK driver's license.
