- Partner with business stakeholders to gather feedback, validate requirements, and communicate progress.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision‑making.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Use feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned to strategic priorities.
- Experience or knowledge of subscription, SaaS, recurring revenue, usage‑based products, workflow automation, payment platforms (e.g. Stripe), or secure access systems would be advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
