Role Overview
As a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with the product, technology, and editorial teams to design user-centered interfaces that enhance the way our audience interacts with our content. You’ll contribute to both the visual design and the overall user experience, creating intuitive designs that reflect our brand and are optimized for engagement and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work alongside product managers, developers, and content creators to design, test, and iterate on new features and user interfaces.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications that ensure an intuitive user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design strategies.
  • Experience conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
