The SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) is an outsourcing solution used by wealth managers. Our technology enables wealth managers to effectively capitalise on their strategic objectives by providing infrastructure, operations and administrative support.

What you will do:

  • You will complete an Investment Operations Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
  • Gain a professional qualification during your first year on the job to give you the knowledge and skills needed to succeed - the CISI – Investment Operations Certificate (IOC). Obtain hands-on experience on your path to success.
  • As a member of our 2 year Apprenticeship Programme, you’ll follow a defined path that includes rotations across our Operations Teams. Our Operations Teams are the backbone of the SEI Wealth Platform, performing vital tasks to ensure our clients’ goals are reached.
  • ROTATION PLAN: Explore Operations by working across a number of teams during your 2 year programme.
  • TRAINING: We don’t expect you to join and know everything about what we do straight away. You will receive full training and support with the help of our industry experts and online learning portal.
  • MENTORSHIP: A mentor will support and guide you through your time at SEI.
  • THOUGHTFUL CAREER MANAGEMENT: You’ll receive regular feedback from your manager and training provider to help you through your Apprenticeship.
  • Off-the-job training will be an average of 6 hours per week.
  • You’ll be contributing to one-of-a-kind technology and services that are revolutionising the way wealth management firms run their entire business.

What we need from you:

  • 2 A-levels (or equivalent).
  • Maths & English GCSE A*-C or 9-5 (or equivalent).
  • Be available to join us in September 2026.
