SEI is seeking to hire a Cash and Asset Data (ADS) Supervisor to provide a high‑quality level of operational service delivery, supporting the Cash team which is responsible for cash payments, funding, fees and rebates and the ADS team which is responsible for creation of new assets, maintenance, pricing, fund linkage and oversight of third party wrapper providers (e.g. SIPP, On and Offshore bond providers) across the UK and Guernsey businesses. This role entails leading and directing both of these onshore teams as well as our offshore members. Primarily you will be setting clear frameworks, controls, and expectations under which the team operates as well as assisting with prioritisation and escalations in these key areas. This includes close collaboration with internal teams including Client Service, Client Money (CASS), Settlements, Corporate Actions and Income. This role offers the flexibility to shape team operating models. Continuous process improvement, alongside clear, effective communication and timely responsiveness, will be central to success.

What You Will Do

  • Direct the teams framework of daily activities ensuring adherence to all relevant SLA’s and the Client Money rules.
  • Set, review, and enhance the Operations procedures, ensuring alignment to policy, regulatory change, and FCA CASS guidance.
  • Monitor client fees and production of MI reports for the Risk and Compliance teams.
  • Oversee the merging of the Funds Account Setup and the Asset Data teams into a single cross functional team.
  • Act as oversight & query management for offshore teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the current compliance‑related rules that govern the Financial Services Industry including but not limited to Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Suspicious Activity Reporting.
  • Own and maintain the teams Risk Control Self‑Assessment (RSCA), ensuring risks, issues, and control gaps are accurately captured and progressed.
  • Produce and deliver management commentary and MI, highlighting trends, themes, and areas of emerging risk to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for the teams, including engagement with internal stakeholders and clients to improve end to end processes and also resolve issues.
  • Ensure that the skills matrix and team coverage is sufficient to support operational excellence.

What We Need From You

  • Demonstrated people management and operational oversight experience.
  • Well‑developed analytical judgement and organisational capability, enabling effective oversight, prioritisation, and quality assurance of team output.
  • High‑level understanding of both cash and asset static processes.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients as well as internal stakeholders, senior business and operations management teams.
  • Capability to operate with appropriate autonomy, exercising judgement within defined frameworks and escalating matters as required.
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and presentation materials, to support oversight, MI, and management reporting.
