SEI is seeking to hire an individual with External Custody (CASS8 / Multiple 3rd Party Custody partners) and Free of Payment experience. You will be integral in day to day activities assigned to team members. You will monitor trade flows and ensure timely execution of client trades as well as provide fast and complete resolution to any trade related issues. You will be involved in oversight of free of payment transfers processes including reconciliation and instruction if required. You will bring your relevant experience and knowledge to add value to the team and ensure accurate administration and processing with your keen eye for detail. The team will have oversight of all queries related to External custody and Asset Transfers and will liaise internally as required.
What you will do:
- Ensure accurate client administration processing and provide value added servicing including the escalation of client related issues
- Ensure trading deadlines are met to aid timely processing
- Process and or approve asset transfer instructions including REMAT
