SEI is seeking to hire a Senior Client Reporting Analyst with Operations and Reporting experience to join our Client Reporting Team within the SEI Wealth Platform (UK). Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the highest standards of reporting to our client firms are consistently met. You will be participating in strategic and tactical projects to enhance SEI’s service offering and overall quality of processes. This role would suit a self-directed professional who is comfortable working in a global environment, who possesses an analytical mindset with a collaborative approach and a strong understanding of all technical issues associated with Client Reporting in the financial services industry.

What you will do:

  • Operational Support: You will have oversight and be managing the end-to-end process for client reporting various deliverables (including Client Periodic and Custody Statements, Contract Notes, Costs and Charges reports, Client Income and Disposal reports and Tax packs). You will act as an escalation point for any issues or questions that arise on the Client Reporting service and data workflow from and/or into the SEI Wealth Platform. You will ensure the integrity of information in upstream systems/processes, proactively identifying discrepancies and partnering with the relevant process owner in investigating and resolving issues.
  • Subject Matter Expert: You will proactively recommend innovations and modifications in line with industry requirements and corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures. You will establish and strengthen existing relationships with SEI’s client firms and internal stakeholders (Performance Reporting, Implementation, Operations, Client Services, and Development support teams). You will keep current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc.) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the functional capabilities and the mitigations contained within the client reporting processing solution. You will participate in implementation of process improvement and technology enhancement including feature and regression testing. You will take part in any other ad-hoc projects as required. You will contribute to the training of new joiners, serving as a positive role model for the entire team.

In addition, employees are responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.

What we need from you:

  • Strong client focused mindset and the ability to understand specific client requirements and priorities.
  • Demonstrates agility and responsiveness in a faced pace environment.
  • Knowledge of security types including equity, fixed income and derivative instruments.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements on end customer reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VBA macro are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
