We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Contracts Manager to join our team in Slough.
About The Role
This role involves providing the most effective contract management process that will act as a safeguard against various types of legal actions by successfully and timely fulfilling all the contractual requirements.
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Legal contract management
- Controlling all formats of contractual documentation within Toyota Material Handling UK
- Checking and administering rental, service, and all commercial agreements
- Reviewing, recording negotiations, and signing off on Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Liaising directly with Customer\’s legal teams on contract negotiations, as necessary
