ARD in the Arctic is hiring a Perception Engineer to build the eyes for autonomous platforms operating in whiteout conditions, polar night, and ice fog where traditional perception stacks fail. You will design and deploy perception pipelines for surface, subsurface, and aerial platforms, fuse multi‑modal sensor data, and ship ML models for ice classification and obstacle detection, supporting real field deployments in -40°C Arctic conditions.
