Job Description The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that processes are embedded and understood across projects, packages, and support functions throughout the organization. This will be achieved through teaching, coaching, and facilitating the implementation of Quality tools and systems. The Quality Manager influences others to effectively utilize Quality tools and systems and promotes a culture of continuous improvement, accelerating progress toward the optimal application of Orsted Quality systems. Propagate a culture of Quality excellence (systems, processes, behaviors, and accountability) across projects. Act as a subject matter expert on Quality matters. Teach and coach project personnel to appropriately implement Quality tools and processes. Identify best practices from projects and packages, share learnings at the Quality Forum, and propagate best practices across projects and support functions. Collaborate with the Project Quality Management team to reduce project quality risks. Encourage a culture of continual quality improvement. Coordinate with Project Quality Managers to ensure seamless implementation of Quality initiatives within each project/package. Qualifications A degree in a relevant field such as Quality, Engineering, or related discipline is desirable. Industry-recognized Quality qualifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor) from organizations like ASQ, EOQ, IAQ are a plus. Experience working in international and cross-cultural teams. Strong management skills and experience in implementing corporate Quality systems. Fluency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
